                Description
Tilauri is made of Sugar and white sesame seeds. Sugar is boiled with water for long time and then cooled and the mixture is stretched for so long it becomes total white in color and its cut into smaller square shape.
The seeds are baked and the square white chocolaty shaped sugar shapes are mixed with it.
It is mainly made during winter season during the month of Poush and up to Magh 10. The main day of consuming it is on the Magh Sankranti Day along with Chaku, Teel Ko Laddu, and Ghee, after doing some pujas.
