Description

Milk Cake a milk product is similar to Kalakand but a little thicker/harder in texture and dark brown in color.
It is considered as one of a classy sweet and is generally on the higher priced menu along with kalakand and kaju cutly. 

It is a bit more sweeter in taste to its comparative sweets and is mostly used as a luxury dish to welcome guests at home for special occasions.
