Khuwa or also known as Kurauni is a product of milk. Cow or buffalo milk is condensed and thickened to make khuwa and out of which several sweets are created.
Khuwa can be eaten as it is but is a raw form for creating different sweets or it can be used as and addition to create other food items like Momo, Yomari, Chatarmari, etc.
