Kala Jamun

Description

Kala Jamun is a sweet that comes in a category along with Lalmohan. It is made of Khuwa and Flour mixture and fried in Ghee and dipped in sugar syrup. It is generally round in shape and dark in color. It is also more sweeter than lalmohan. It has a hard part on the outside and soft inside with some nuts like pista, cinamon and cardamom mixture.
